Day 7 Friday 5th May : Grange-over-Sands – Crewe – Shrewsbury – Hereford – Bristol
The passengers were taken by bus to hotels close to Grange-over-Sands for their overnight stay. The trip resumed from there, hauled by ex-LMS ‘Jubilee’ Class 4-6-0 45699 ‘Galatea’. It is crossing the viaduct over River Kent estuary at Arnside.
