Another view of ‘N15’ ‘King Arthur’ Class 4-6-0 30451 ‘Sir Lamorak’ passing through Surbiton Station with the 08.46 Salisbury – Waterloo in 1961. The middle track is for down fast trains not stopping at the station. Up fast trains had to pass alongside the up platform as illustrated here. 30451 was withdrawn from service in June 1962.
