The third train operating out of Bristol on many summer Sundays is the ‘Torbay Express’, which runs down to Kingswear, the last few miles from Paignton being operated over the Dartmouth Steam Railway.  On 16th September 2012, ex-LNER ‘A4’ Class 4-6-2 No. 60019 ‘Bittern’, running in its pre-1939 guise in LNER livery as No. 4464, rounds the curve on the approach to Whiteball tunnel.  ‘Tangmere’ had passed this location less than an hour earlier with the ‘Royal Duchy’.
