On Saturday 27th and Sunday 28th June 2009, a number of mainline trips were organised in conjunction with the Keighley & Worth Valley Gala using ex-LMS ‘Jubilee’ Class 4-6-0 5690 ‘Leander’, running from Keighley to Settle Junction (returned by diesel). The last rain on the 27th was extended to Ribblehead, and the last rays of evening sun catch the train as it crosses the River Ribble at Sheriff’s Brow.
