‘N15’ ‘King Arthur’ Class 4-6-0 30451 ‘Sir Lamorak’ is passing through Surbiton Station with the 14.54 Waterloo – Basingstoke in the summer of 1961. The picture clearly shows (under the second coach) the crossover from the main to local line for those mainline trains making a call at the station. Trains arriving on the local licould use either face of the island platform.
