For Days 6 to 8, the train divided, one part going from Edinburgh to Inverness, the other from Edinburgh to Fort William and Mallaig.  The second part was worked throughout the 3 days by ex-LNER ‘K1’ Class 2-6-0 62005.  On Day 6, 1st May 2014, the train ran from Edinburgh to Fort William.  After passing alongside Loch Lomond, the train climbed into the West Highlands, and is approaching its water stop at Crianlarich.
