For Days 6 to 8, the train divided, one part going from Edinburgh to Inverness, the other from Edinburgh to Fort William and Mallaig. The second part was worked throughout the 3 days by ex-LNER ‘K1’ Class 2-6-0 62005. On Day 6, 1st May 2014, the train ran from Edinburgh to Fort William, and is seen shortly after setting off crossing the vaiduct at Linlithgow.
