In 2014, ex-GWR ‘Castle Class’ 4-6-0 5029 ‘Nunney Castle’ worked a number of trains to the West Country prior to its withdrawl for maintenance near the end of the year. On 09/05/14, it worked the ‘Anniversary Limited’ from Westbury to Plymouth and back to Bristol to commemorate the 50th anniversary of the Ian Allan special, 1Z48, run to mark the end of steam to the South West. It is seen approaching Whiteball Tunnel on the outward trip.
