The line along the North Wales coast from Chester through Rhyl to Holyhead passes along the ramparts of Conwy Castle.  This dominates the scene as ex-SR ‘Merchant Navy’ Class 4-6-2 35028 ‘Clan Line’ heads the ‘North Wales Coast Express’ to Holyhead in July 1989.
