With signs of Autumn on 19th October 2013, ex-GWR ‘Castle’ Class 4-6-0 5043 ‘Earl of Mount Edgcumbe’ is approaching the summit of the 1 in 60 climb to Sapperton Tunnel with ‘The Cotswold Explorer’ circular trip from Tyseley (Birmingham) via Cheltenham, Gloucester, Swindon, Oxford and Worcester.
